Our designers sometimes reach out to you directly if they have questions about the artwork/images that you provided. When you receive the question, please make sure to click on the “Respond to Question” button on the email. This will take you to the conversation page where you will be able to answer the designers questions. 


Please be advised that if a question is asked, the order will be placed on hold until our designers receive an answer. This can impact turnaround time as well as rush orders if an answer is not received in a timely fashion.
