Our team would be happy to update the shipping address on your order prior to shipping your plush out to you! 


Simply contact us through the form at the bottom of the help wizard on our home page or you can email us at support@mypetsies.com. Please provide your order number as well as the new address you would like to update the shipping address to in the body of the message and our team will happily update your information. 


If you have an account with us, updating the shipping address on the account will not automatically update the shipping address on any active orders. It will only update your information for future orders placed using your account.



* Please note that changing an address from Domestic US to International will require the difference to be paid for the amount of the International Shipping and Handling fee . Additionally, if you are requesting a change of address from International to Domestic US, our team will be refunding you the difference for the change of the shipping and handling fee.
