* Rush Upgrade cutoff dates are not set in advance. We keep the rush option available while we have capacity. When we run out of spots, we disable the holiday rush option with or without notice and that becomes the cutoff date. If you see the rush option available, we recommend proceeding through checkout asap to lock in your spot.
Additional Info
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in time. Here are few caveats that we hope you find reasonable:
- We guarantee to meet the shipping deadlines set by our air mail carriers (e.g., US Postal Service). Every once in a blue moon, a package does get delayed along the way for reasons beyond our control
- If you purchased a holiday rush upgrade and in unlikely event we cannot meet the holiday deadline, we will refund your upgrade fee
- We are not responsible for prolonged customer communication delays (e.g., we ask you a clarification question about your item and you take more than 3 days to reply)
